Teacher has his own method of explanation and student's treatment. There's a famous saying in Arabic that goes "The one who taught me a letter, I would be a slave for him" and that's tells us how the teacher has a great position in society. One of them is Honorable Awate sir, one of my ideal teachers.
I first met him in 1995. That time he guided me for few months whenI was studying in class nine. I was really impressed with the way he taught. He has a nice ability to judge his students. No one can deny, he has a way with teaching, especially in rural areas.
Dorothea Dix said, "The duties of a teacher are neither few nor small, but they elevate the mind and give energy to thecharacter." These are the best words to describe the way he taught thousands of students in last 32 years.
He has an amazing ability to communicate with students. He knew how to satisfy student's greed of learning. He tried hard to impart his knowledge in correct way so as his every student should understand the lesson before he leave the class. I learned many adjectives from him such as confidence, patience and studying hard.
Someone has to show you the right way. For me one of them is Hon. Awate sir. I must mention here person who told me about vacancy in his own school for newly started permanently unaided primary section was Awate sir. I had advertisement but he inspired me to join him. Fortunately, I got this job. Since last 19 years he has taught me many things. I really impressed with his handwriting. We shared same English subject. I enjoyed working with him for many activities.
Hon. Awate sir deserves all appreciations and respect. I learned from him how to be confident of myself, patience and to study hard for teaching. In addition, I gained various ways of thinking and processing ideas, which improved me positively by sir.
Finally, all the thankful and grateful for him for what he did in which it led me to success...
